This behavior Sounds strange like You describe it
Make a new settings file wirh just one controler action and nocthing else and test it.
If the problem still persists, tell Your MidiKey2Key Version and post the .ini file here.

There is no "numpad left". When turning off Numlock the PC num keyboard behaves as cursor keys.

This error is already known för Windows 10. Should be the same cause.

What You Do in Your screenshot is not good. You let it react iy ton the second value. So a cintrol.chamge with this 2nd value would also trigger the action. If you define hotkeys to mute/unmute Your audio sources, You should be fine to trigger this with a MIDI controller and MidiKey2Key

The Novation devices do not transmit MIDI on every Channel out of the box. Check the manual for a system reset and a "normal" modus. Connect a MIDI device that is able to generate sounds. Windows has a built-in general MIDI Synth. Use Ableton or something else to check, what Your device is producing...

The latest MidiKEy2Key releases are 64Bt only.
So You need to choose the 64BIt raildriver dll.
