Not working in Euro Truck simulator 2

I cant get it to work in Euro Truck simulator 2

i need a bit of help here..please. it works great in TSC but not in ETS2

If it is really that way, I cannot help so far.
Not all games recognize MK2Ks keypresses as stated in the FAQ.
MK2K will be extended with another keypress-strategy in future.

My Teamspeak is not working right. I have all my volumes up to max, the mute is turned off and still Im so quiet that no one can hear me. Any recommendations?
