Automatically turns ON the LED backlight

Good afternoon,
I am asking for help in solving a small problem.
I use MidiKey2Key with AKAI Professional APCmini as midi controller for REAPER DAW.
I wrote all the necessary buttons in *.ini file, assigned them appropriate colors (yellow, green and red), everything works.
But! I have to turn on the backlight manually (by pressing the button, this is also prescribed in *.ini). Yes, this is a small problem, but annoying nonetheless.
How can I make it so that after Windows 10 starts and the program starts automatically, the LED illumination will also turn on automatically?
I can't figure it out, should I put it in *.ini file or do I need an additional script? I tried to write script with ChatGPT, but it didn't work.
Could you please tell me, step by step, what to do?

I am not sure, if I understand Your wish.
There is an event "STARTUP" to let MIDIKEY2KEY send keys or MIDI-commands when it launches. Doesn't this do the job?
